Preventative Support
Preventative support is a different way of approaching IT support. Traditionally you have an IT problem and then call IT support to report the issue. You then wait for IT to come out and fix it. At Net Route we have turned this round, using our own in house developed remote management monitoring system.
We monitor your servers, workstations, and laptops collecting information about them.
How much memory is being used?
How much disk space is left?
Did last night’s backup complete successfully?
Are they working?
These are just some examples. Using this information we can spot a potential problem before it happens and get it fixed before it affects you.
