As the title says really, I, being completely new to networking have no idea of what to expect or what to do.... I could probably "get by" but it would be good to know what to expect when I walk through the doors.
What were other peoples experiences of their first event and how did they get on also what did you do.......
Any comments greatly appreciated!

Hi Mike,
I was new to networking a few weeks ago but I am now due to attend my 4th Bizset networking event and I love it.
They are structured really well so you are never left standing in a corner on your own or left to make your own connection with people. You get a chance to all sit down and interact with each other, find out what everyone does and share information in a way that is formal yet friendly and engaging.
All I would say is don't expect to walk in a room and find people talking and unfriendly to newcomers as it really isn't like that.
Just don't be scared and go along as I think you will get a lot out of it.

I am hoping to make it to a meeting as soon as possible, hopefully next weeks one at the DW. I am quite looking forward to meeting everyone as like you say, everyone seems to be very friendly and supportive from what I have noticed on here so far.

I'd say just be yourself and enjoy the atmosphere of the meeting and you will be fine. Most the people I have met at Bizset are welcoming and enjoy chatting.
May see you at the one at TC if you make to Manchester

I wasn't expecting to do a quick elevator pitch and was kinda thrown in at the deep end, but it seemed to go ok, and managed to use 4 cards in the 10 minute chat time - result 4 new contacts who can definitely help me and I hope to be able to help them.

Was lovely to meet you earlier, I'm also very new to Networking and having tried most of the others found Bizset the most refreshing and relaxing, haven't met anyone I haven't gotten on with and really like the format.
Hopefully see you at the Warrington meeting sometime.

Gwyneth’s engagement ring was once her Granmother’s. It is an old style three diamond ring. You might say, well, a lot of girls get their engagement rings passed on to them and you might be right about that. However, reading Gwyneth’s story I sensed neither Gwyneth nor her Gran were what…

The wedding season is officially here! If you have already started looking around in windows or searching the net you must have realised there are so many wedding rings shapes and designs to choose from. The dilemma is which one is the right one for you? To answer this question you should consider the metal, style, design and of course your finger size and the ring size you would like.
